HonmeiDate is a beta service. Support requests are triaged based on severity — safety issues and account-access problems are handled first, then billing and bugs, then general feedback. A full ticketing system with tracked case numbers is planned for general release.

Common issues & how to resolve them

Many questions are already answered in the Knowledgebase — including how to change profile and privacy settings, block or report a member, manage subscriptions, and reset your password.

What support can't do

  • Send or read your direct messages on your behalf.
  • Change another member's profile, behavior, or account.
  • Guarantee a specific outcome on a report — we review every report and act where a rule is broken, but the decision is ours.
  • Restore content you deleted yourself once the deletion has completed.

Safety concerns

If you believe a member is at immediate risk of harm, or that a crime may be in progress, contact your local authorities first. Then report the member through the in-app report flow so we can take platform action.
